Expression Search by fates and territories is now fully functional. Try it out!

In situ staining search by Anatomy.

This page allows you to look for In Situ experiments in which a set of territories of interest may stained. You can additionaly mention territories that should not stained.

Anatomy & Fate
This section allows you to select region of expression either threw the anatomical ontology (more precise) or according to the fate of the stained territories (more simple).

Search by Anatomy
Stained anatomy part(s)
Unstained anatomy part(s)

All territories stained
At least some territories stained
Expresion in other territories is possible
Expression in no other territories

Deregulated Molecule(s)
This section gives access to expression patterns in response to the deregulation of the specified gene(s).
If you leave the textbox empty and click on "include expression pattern in deregulated context" all data in Deregulated contexts will be included in the result

Paste a Transcript Model ID (JGI, Kyoto or Ensembl) or a list of Transcript Model ID that have been deregulated.

*    (eg. ci0100133709, ...)

Include expression patterns in Deregulated Context
Exclude expression patterns in Deregulated Context

Notes:   * You can enter several names by separating your entries with the ":" symbol. If you are searching for a C.intestinalis gene model please use its JGIv1.0, Kyotograil or ENSEMBL model ID found using the "Find a gene model by its name" interface

Embryo Manipulation
This section gives access to expression patterns in experimentally manipulated embryos Embryo manipulations correspond to the ablation of specific cells or territories

Include expression patterns in experimentally manipulated embryos
Exclude expression patterns in experimentally manipulated embryos
