Method

Fate In search by fate mode, the user specifies a list of fates at the hatching larva (stage 26) and retrieves expression patterns in any precursor territory that gives rise these fates. The user can also indicate a list of fates, in the precurosrs of which expression should not be detected.
Here is a list of fates:
head endoderm, endodermal strand, ectoderm, nervous system, peripheral nervous system, bipolar tail epidermal neurones (b8.25 line), rostral trunk epidermal neurones (RTEN) (a8.26 line), dorsal caudal epidermal neurones (DCEN), ventral caudal epidermal neurones (VCEN), Palps, apical trunk epidermal neurones (ATEN), central nervous system, neck, tail nerve cord, visceral ganglion, posterior sensory vesicle, anterior sensory vesicle, neurohypophysis primordium, fin, epidermis, tail epidermis, anterior tail epidermis, posterior tail epidermis, head epidermis, ventral head epidermis, dorso lateral head epidermis, dorsal midline head epidermis, siphon primordia, mesoderm, trunk lateral cells (A7.6 line), mesenchyme (B8.5 & B7.7 lines), notochord, trunk ventral cells (B7.5 line), tail muscles, ventral midline anterior tail epidermis
Territory In search by territories mode, the user specifies a list of list of territories existing within the time window considered, and retrieves expression patterns in these precise territories. The user can also indicate a list of territories, in which expression should not be detected.
